Required Holders

Example Definitions of "Required Holders"
Required Holders. As of any date of determination, holders of Notes representing more than 50% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding as of such date.
Required Holders. The Holders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities outstanding from time to time
