Restricted Period

Restricted Period. Means the period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) six years after the Effective Date, and (b) two years following the last date on which Naugle is associated with Company.

Restricted Period. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Voting and Standstill Agreement

Restricted Period. That period beginning with the date of the Assignment and License and ending on the earlier of (i) eight years from the date of the Assignment and License and (ii) the first date when all Obligations are fully paid.

Restricted Period. Means a period of one (1) year (i.e., 12 full calendar months), commencing on Employee's Termination Date; provided, however, that in the event that Employee is receiving Severance Pay under Section 3(c)(ii), the Restricted Period shall mean a period of eighteen (18) calendar months, commencing on the Termination Date. The Restricted Period shall be extended for the length of time, if any, Employee is in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Restricted Period. Means a period of 12 months following the date of Executive's termination of employment; provided, however, that if Executive's termination of employment occurs under the circumstances giving rise to payment under Section 3(b) of this Agreement, the Restricted Period will equal the Non-COC Severance Period.

Restricted Period. The period of time beginning with the date the Employee begins his or her employment with the Company and ending twelve (12) months after the date the Employee left his or her employment with the Company.

Restricted Period. Shall mean: (a) if the Termination Date is before the initial Public Offering, twelve (12) months following the Termination Date; or (b) if the Termination Date is after the initial Public Offering, thirty-six (36) months following the consummation of the initial Public Offering and twelve (12) months following the Termination Date (such twelve (12) month period to run concurrently with the aforementioned thirty-six (36) month period if both periods are applicable).

Restricted Period. The term "Restricted Period" shall mean the Performance Restricted Period or the Time Restricted Period, as applicable.

Restricted Period. The term "Restricted Period" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Restricted Period. The period(s) during which Executive is employed by the Company and the two-year period following Separation. If Executive is reemployed by Company during the two-year period following Separation, the prior Separation shall be deemed of no effect and Executive's employment shall be deemed continuous until a subsequent Separation for purposes of post-employment covenants.
