Example Definitions of "Restricted Period"
Restricted Period. That period of time determined by the Committee during which a Participant shall not be permitted to sell or transfer shares of Restricted Stock granted under this Plan, and during which a Participant's interest in Restricted Stock Units or Restricted Stock granted under this Plan remains subject to forfeiture. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, any time-based Restricted Period shall be at least three years.

Restricted Period. The period during which the transfer of Restricted Stock or Restricted Units is limited in some way (based upon the passage of time, the achievement of performance objectives, or the occurrence of other events as determined by the Committee) and the Restricted Stock or Restricted Units are subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture
Restricted Period. The period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the last day of the twenty-fourth (24th) month after termination of Executive's employment
