Restricted Period

Restricted Period. The period during which Award Shares remain subject to Restrictions

Restricted Period. During your employment and the eighteen (18) month period immediately following the later of the termination of your employment with the Company; provided that with respect to the application of Section 3(d)(i) only, "Restricted Period" means during your employment and the twelve (12) month period immediately following the date your employment is terminated if and only if your employment is terminated without "Cause" or you resign for "Good Reason" in accordance with Section 4 above

Restricted Period. During the Executive's employment with the Company and for a period of 18 months following the Termination Date
