Restricted Period

Restricted Period. (i) with respect to an employee who is an Elected Officer at any time during the six-month period prior to their Termination Date, the two-year period following the Termination Date; or (ii) with respect to all other employees, the one-year period following the Termination Date

Restricted Period. The entire period of Participant's employment with the Company and a twelve (12) month period immediately following the cessation of Participant's employment

Restricted Period.
