Retirement. Retirement. The Employee's retirement on or after the age of 65.

Retirement. Means a voluntary termination of employment by the Participant following the attainment of age 55 with ten (10) or more years of service as an employee or a director with the Company or any Affiliate.

Retirement. The Participant's voluntary resignation due to retirement at age 61 or thereafter

Retirement. In the case of a Participant employed by the Company, Separation from Service on or after age 55 with 10 years or more of service, and in the case of a Director, Separation of Service as a Director.

Retirement. The Employee's termination of employment from the Company and its Affiliates and a cessation of work in the Employee's profession, as determined by the Committee after considering all of the facts and circumstances that it deems pertinent, (i) on or after attaining age 55 and completing at least ten (10) years of service; or (ii) on or after attaining age 62.

Retirement. The termination of a Designated Participant's Continuous Service (as such term is defined in the EIP) by retirement as determined in accordance with the Company's then current employment policies and guidelines.

Retirement. Means the Participant's termination of employment with the Employer, other than a Termination for Cause, on or after the date the Participant attains the age of 55 years provided that, as of the date of termination, the sum of the number of whole years of the Participant's employment with the Company or an Affiliate plus the Participant's age totals at least 65 years.
