Retirement

Retirement. Means, with respect to an Employee, termination of employment after attaining age 65, or such other age as the Company specifies in its written policies.

Retirement. Means a termination of employment by the Participant at Participant's election (i) following the attainment of age sixty-five (65) with ten (10) or more years of combined service with the Company or any Affiliate or (ii) pursuant to a retirement plan or early retirement program of the Company or any Affiliate in which the Participant elects to participate.

Retirement. Shall mean a termination of employment by the participant pursuant to late, normal or early retirement under a pension plan sponsored by the Company, as defined in such plan.

Retirement. Means the termination of employment of a Participant after the attainment of age 62 with at least ten years of service with the Company, or due to early retirement with the consent of the Committee.

Retirement. A termination of employment other than a termination for Cause or due to death or Permanent and Total Disability by a Participant at or after age 65 or such earlier date after age 50 as may be approved by the Committee with regard to such Participant.

Retirement. Shall mean the termination of the Executive's employment after age 65 or in accordance with any mandatory retirement arrangement with respect to an earlier age agreed to by the Executive.

Retirement. Means a Participant's voluntary retirement at or after age 65 (or, with the consent of the Plan Administrator, in its sole discretion, age 55).

Retirement. Means termination of employment or service at age 55 or older and completion of at least ten years of continuous service.

Retirement. Termination of employment (except for Cause) after attainment of age 55 with at least ten years of service.

Retirement. Means Executive's retirement from the Entity in accordance with the Entity's normal policies.
