Retirement

Retirement. Retirement from employment with the Company or any Affiliate after achieving age 60 with at least 10 years of service to the Company or any Affiliate.

Retirement. The Employee's termination of Service on or after the earlier of his or her (A) attainment of age 65 or (B) attainment of age 55 and completion of 10 years of Service.

Retirement. Means Participant's Separation from Service with the Company and its Affiliates for reasons other than Cause due to his or her retirement; provided that (i) Participant provides the Company with at least 90 days' advance written notice of such retirement, which notice may be waived by the Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Manager and (ii) such retirement is otherwise approved by the Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Manager in his or her sole discretion.

Retirement. Your voluntary or involuntary Termination of Employment from Tyson or its affiliates without Cause on or after the date you attain age sixty-two (62).

Retirement. The Executive's voluntary termination of his employment with the Corporation and/or the Subsidiary on his own initiative for any reason (other than (a) a termination due to Disability or (b) a Termination for Good Reason) at any time after the Commencement Date of this Agreement upon giving the Notice of Termination required in Section 6.4
