Example Definitions of "Securities"
Securities. Shares of Preferred Shares and Warrants initially sold by the Company in accordance with the Purchase Agreements and Regulation D and pursuant to a Subscription Agreement and all Common Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants.
Securities. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Securities. Shall mean at any time shares of any class of capital stock of the Company, including, without limitation, securities convertible into such shares.
Securities. "Securities Act" and "Shares" have the respective meanings specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
