Example Definitions of "Securities"
Securities. Shall mean this Investment Agreement, together with the Common Stock of the Company, the Warrants and the Warrant Shares issuable pursuant to this Investment Agreement.
Securities. Shall mean, collectively, the $300,000,000 8.10% Notes due 2005 and the $200,000,000 8.50% Notes due 2010 of the Company to be issued and sold to the Purchasers, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture.
Securities. Means each of the Notes and the Guarantees.
Securities. Shall mean, collectively, the 11.25% Senior Discount Notes due 2012 of the Company to be issued and sold to the Purchaser, and notes of the Company issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture and this Exchange and Registration Rights Agreement.
Securities. Means, collectively, the Series B Preferred, the Warrants, the Conversion Shares, the Warrant Shares, Common Stock, any Common Stock Equivalent and any other equity security of the Company now or hereafter issued and outstanding.
Securities. Means the Shares, the Penalty Warrants and the Penalty Warrant Shares (defined below).
