Securities. Together with the Note, and where applicable, the Warrant Shares, the "Securities"

Securities. Means the Notes issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement. 13 (o) "Successor Entity" means the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.

Securities. Means the Notes, Warrants and Conversion Securities.

Securities. Means the Ordinary Shares, the CPECs, and the PECs.

Securities. Includes the Pledged Interests described in Schedule 2 attached hereto and any additional Equity Interests in any existing or future Subsidiary at the time such interests are acquired by the applicable Pledgor and the interests described in clauses (a)-(e) of § 1.1 of this Agreement.

Securities. Shall mean, collectively, the 10.67% Senior Discount Notes due 2013 of the Company issued under the Indenture, including any Securities issued in respect of Special Interest and Securities issued in exchange for or in lieu of other Securities issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Securities. Shall mean, collectively, Voting Securities and Voting Security Equivalents.

Securities. Shall mean any and all shares of Common Stock now held by the Stockholders.

Securities. Shall mean any and all shares of Common Stock now held by Velston.

Securities. Shall mean any of the following: (i) any and all shares of Common Stock owned after the date hereof by the Holders (irrespective of when acquired) and any shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of other securities of the Company, (ii) any securities of the Company issued in respect of the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to any of the by way of stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger,... consolidation or other reorganization or otherwise and any shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion, exercise or exchange thereof and (iii) any other securities of the Company issued or issuable to any Holder that are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for Common Stock, whether at the option of the Holder or otherwise.
