Severance Period

Severance Period. The period of 18 months immediately following the Date of Termination (as defined in Section 3.2(a) below).

Severance Period. The period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control or (ii) the Executive's death

Severance Period. A period equal to the lesser of (i) eighteen (18) months from the Executive's Date of Termination or (ii) the number of months (rounded to the nearest month) from the Executive's Date of Termination until the date he attains age 65; provided, however, that the Severance Period shall in no event be less than six (6) months.

Severance Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the date Executive's employment with Employer terminates under circumstances described in Section 2 above and ending on the first to occur of: (1) the date 36 months thereafter, or (2) the date Executive attains or would have attained age 65.

Severance Period. Shall mean the lesser of (x) 36 and (y) the number of full months between the date of termination of Executive's employment and the date on which Executive would attain the age of 65.

Severance Period. Means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending on the second anniversary of the Termination Date.

The period of time following a termination of Employment during which a Participant is entitled to receive both salary continuation payments and continued participation under the health benefit plans of the Company or any of its Affiliates, whether pursuant to an employment contract with, or a severance plan or other arrangement maintained by, the Company or any Affiliate. Severance Period. The period commencing on the date of the Qualifying Event and ending on the six (6) month anniversary of the date of your Qualifying Event.
