Severance Period

Severance Period. The period of 18 months immediately following the Date of Termination (as defined in Section 3.2(a) below).

Severance Period. The period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control or (ii) the Executive's death

Severance Period. The period of time following a termination of Employment during which a Participant is entitled to receive both salary continuation payments and continued participation under the health benefit plans of the Company or any of its Affiliates, whether pursuant to an employment contract with, or a severance plan or other arrangement maintained by, the Company or any Affiliate. Severance Period. The period commencing on the date of the Qualifying Event and ending on the six (6) month anniversary of the date of your Qualifying Event.

Severance Period. A period equal to the lesser of (i) eighteen (18) months from the Executive's Date of Termination or (ii) the number of months (rounded to the nearest month) from the Executive's Date of Termination until the date he attains age 65; provided, however, that the Severance Period shall in no event be less than six (6) months.

Severance Period. The number of months of severance that the Participant is eligible to receive under this Plan, as set forth on the Participant's Participation Notice.

Severance Period. The number of weeks or months, as applicable, of severance payable under this Plan to the Participant with respect to the applicable Covered Termination, which will be indicated as either a Non-CiC Severance Period or a CiC Severance Period in the Participant's Participation Notice

Severance Period. If the Executive's employment shall be terminated by the Company without Cause pursuant to Section 4(a)(iv) or by the Executive's resignation for Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(a)(v), the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of the Date of Termination.

Severance Period. The time period when Executive is receiving Severance Payments from the Company under Section 4.2(ii) and Exhibit A hereof.

Severance Period. 12 months, provided that the Severance Period will instead be 18 months to the extent that a Qualifying Termination occurs during the Change in Control period.
