Example Definitions of "Severance Period"
Severance Period. The period of time during which a Participant may receive benefits under this Plan. The Severance Period with respect to a Participant begins on the Termination Date. A Participant's Severance Period will be the shorter of (i) 12 months or (ii) a number of months equal to the whole number of Years of Service determined under Section 2(p), unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 8 of the Plan.
Severance Period. The period of time following the Termination Date which will be the shorter of (i) 12 months or (ii) a number of months equal to the whole number of Years of Service determined under Section 2(u).
Severance Period. Resulting from a Change-in-Control described in Sections 18(g)(1) through (5) is the period beginning on the date a Change-in-Control occurs and ending on the earliest of: (1) the second anniversary of the Change-in-Control; (2) the Executive's 65th birthday; or (3) the Executive's death. Severance Period. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(c)(ii) below, except as provided otherwise in Section 10(e) below.
Severance Period. (i) in the case of a Designated Officer, a period of twenty-four (24) months following the date of Termination and (ii) in the case of an Officer or a Key Employee, a period of twelve (12) months following the date of Termination.

Severance Period. Means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending on the first anniversary of the Termination Date.
