Severance Period

Example Definitions of "Severance Period"
Severance Period. The period of (a) eighteen (18) months immediately following the effective date of termination of employment minus (b) the number of months that the Employee continued to be employed by the Company after the Sale Date.
Severance Period. Shall mean (i) a period of eighteen (18) months after the Termination Date if the Termination Date occurs within twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date, and (ii) a period of twelve (12) months after the Termination Date if the Termination Date occurs more than twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date.
Severance Period. Period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change of Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) eighteen (18) months after such date or (ii) the Covered Employee's death.
