Severance Period
Severance Period. The number of months of severance that the Participant is eligible to receive under this Plan, as set forth on the Participant's Participation Notice.

Severance Period. The number of weeks or months, as applicable, of severance payable under this Plan to the Participant with respect to the applicable Covered Termination, which will be indicated as either a Non-CiC Severance Period or a CiC Severance Period in the Participant's Participation Notice
Severance Period. If the Executive's employment shall be terminated by the Company without Cause pursuant to Section 4(a)(iv) or by the Executive's resignation for Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(a)(v), the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of the Date of Termination.
