Shares

Shares. Means the 4,400,000 shares of Common Stock that were issued at the Second Closing and any shares of Common Stock issued or issuable as dividends on, or other distributions with respect to, such shares.

Shares. Means shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, or any security into which such shares may be converted by reason of any event of the type referred to in Section 16 or 17.

Shares. Shall mean the Corporation's common stock, $.001 par value.

Shares. The Company's authorized but unissued or reacquired as Treasury shares of $.01 par value common stock.
