Shares

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock sold in the Offering.

Shares. Means shares of common stock of the Company, per value $0.01 per share.

Shares. Means shares of common stock, par value $0.01 of the Company.

Shares. Means the Company's Common Stock, including the Investor Shares, and any other equity securities of the Company.

Shares. Common stock, $0.10 par value per share, of the Company.

Shares. Shall mean, collectively, the Series A Shares and Series B Shares.

Shares. The term "Shares" means the class and series of capital stock issued to investors in the Next Equity Financing. The number of Shares for which this Warrant is exercisable is subject to adjustment pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 hereof.

Shares. Means all or any portion of the shares (or any rights, options or warrants to acquire any such shares) of Common Stock, Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock or any other capital stock of the Company owned by any Institutional Investor or Stockholder, whether presently held or hereafter acquired.

Shares. Mean common shares of the Company, as adjusted in accordance with Section 15 of the Plan. -3-

Shares. Means the common shares of the Corporation or, in the event of an adjustment contemplated by Article 8 hereof, such other shares or securities to which an Optionee may be entitled upon the exercise of an Option as a result of such adjustment.
