Shares

Shares. Means the shares of 5% Series A Convertible Preferred Stock issued or issuable to the Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Means any shares of capital stock issued by Fortland.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock to be issued upon conversion of the Series B Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.
