Shares

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock representing any or all of the Conversion Shares and/or the Warrant Shares (as defined hereafter).

Shares. Or "Share" shall mean the Company's common shares of beneficial interest.

Shares. Means shares to be optioned under the Plan and are shares of Common Stock, ;

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued or to be issued to the Purchasers or their assignees or designees in connection with the offering consummated under the Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Means (i) shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.10 per share, of the Company, (ii) shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.10 per share, of the Company, and (iii) any change in such shares by reason of any stock dividend, split-up, recapitalization, combination, conversion of securities, exchange of shares or the like.

Shares. Means, with respect to any Stockholder, all shares of capital stock of NORD beneficially owned by such Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement.

Shares. Means the shares of Buyer Common Stock issued or issuable to the Investor by the Company pursuant to the Option Agreement.

Shares. Shall mean and include any and all shares of Common Stock, or shares of other capital stock of the Company, by whatever name called, which carry voting rights (including voting rights which arise by reason of default) and shall include any such shares now owned or subsequently acquired by a Stockholder, however acquired, including without limitation, stock splits and stock dividends.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock of the Company that are the subject of Options.

Shares. Shall mean the shares of the Company's Series D Preferred Stock held by the Investors.
