Shares. Thirty-eight thousand, seven hundred sixty-nine (38,769) shares of Intcomex Common Stock (as the same may be adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends or other transactions, the "Shares")

Shares. The shares of Common Stock purchased by the Initial Investors pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Means the 1,844,860 shares of Common Stock issued to the Investor pursuant to this Agreement.

Shares. Shares. Shall mean and include all shares of Stock now owned or hereafter acquired by the Founder.

Shares. And the Exercise Price are subject to adjustment as provided herein, and all references to "Common Stock," "Shares" and "Exercise Price" herein shall be deemed to include any such adjustment or series of adjustments.
