Shares

Shares. Means shares of the Company's common capital stock now owned or subsequently acquired by any Shareholder.

Shares. Shares of the Company's capital stock authorized for issuance by the Company or now owned or subsequently acquired by any Shareholder, including common stock and Preferred Stock.

Shares. Means the shares of common stock of the Corporation.

Shares. Means the Company's shares of Series B Mandatorily Convertible Non-Cumulative Junior Participating Preferred Stock, with the terms set forth in the Certificate of Designations attached as Exhibit A to the Memorandum.
