Example Definitions of "Software"
Software. Shall be used herein as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code but in any event, shall include, but not be limited to, any computer program or supporting information provided in connection with the transaction relating to the program.
Software. The object code version of Licensor Software including any changes, modifications, updates, enhancements, deletions, additions or derivatives to Licensor Software. Software also includes any materials that are provided for use in connection with Software, including, but not limited to, Documentation designed to be used in conjunction with Software.

Software. Means machine-readable instructions and data (and copies thereof), and related updates and upgrades, licensed materials, user documentation, user manuals, and operating procedures. Software may be a separate Product and Software that is bundled with other Products. In the event that, in connection with a particular transaction, the Seller will license source code to the Buyer, then this definition will be amended in the applicable Transaction Document.
