Software

Software. The computer software programs (solely in object code form) that Kymeta provides or makes available to Distributor, whether on a standalone basis or incorporated into Products, as the case may be, including Updates

Software. Means collectively the Device Software and (if applicable) QAS.

Software. The term "Software" means the computer application programs contained within the Invu Platform, whether proprietary solutions developed by Nuvo or Third Party Software, as well as any Enhancements and Error Corrections thereto.

Software. Means the communication, sales, and commission-attribution software developed and licensed by Kwikclick, which Software is the subject of this Licensing Agreement

Software. Means the computer program(s), including programming tools, scripts, and routines, the Developer is required to or otherwise does develop or otherwise provide under this Agreement, as described more fully in each Statement of Work, including all updates, upgrades, new versions, new releases, enhancements, improvements, and other modifications made or provided.

Software. The custom-made software, code and data elements developed by Studio397 exclusively for MSG for the purpose of integrating and incorporating the rFactor Technology in the Game, and any other related technical activities and work product in that regard, as further specified in Schedule 1;

Software. The meaning given in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time hereafter, and shall include, but not be limited to, a computer program and any supporting information provided in connection with a transaction relating to the program.
