Software

Software. The document information retrieval, information extraction, and knowledge discovery task, software developed and referred to by MSI as the "Correlation Technology Software" and described in and having the Performance Specifications set forth in Schedule B, all Platform Extensions and Platform Specializations, and all Software Updates and Software Upgrades to such products that are provided to Licensee pursuant to Section 5.

Software. Any software, including any updates, documentation or information that may, at QUALCOMM's sole discretion, be provided to Buyer.

Software. The SupportSoft software, in object code, and any accompanying documentation, that SupportSoft may provide to Office Depot pursuant to an SOW for distribution to Customers, solely for Customers' internal use in conjunction with the purchase of Services

Software. Any computer software programs, source code, object code, data and documentation, including, any computer software programs that incorporate and run BGC Partners' pricing models, formulae and algorithms.

Software. The object code, source code and other code versions of SFDC's customer relationship management software and all other software within the System Technology existing as of the Effective Date or developed during the term of this Agreement, along with all related major and minor updates, versions, releases, upgrades, corrections, enhancements, fixes, patches, and other modifications to such software developed during the term of this Agreement.
