Software

Software. Have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in Article 9 of the UCC.

Software. Means TRX's DATATRAX software and related documentation utilized by TRX to provide the Services including all derivative works, updates, and enhancements thereto.

Software. Shall mean the software programs, in object code form, included with the Products, as listed on Exhibit A, as amended from time to time.

Means any computer program or other software (irrespective of the type of hardware for which it is intended), including firmware and other software embedded in hardware devices, whether in the form of source code, assembly code, script, interpreted language, instruction sets or binary or object code (including compiled and executable programs), including any library, component or module of any of the foregoing.

Software. Shall mean that software which may be provided by Broadcom to Licensee from time to time and which is described in a Software Description Form executed by the parties that references this Agreement.

Means (i) all software, which may be in [ *10 ] as delivered [ *11 ] specified in agreed upon Appendices hereto, developed by or for SAP and/or SAP AG and delivered to Licensee hereunder; (ii) any new releases thereof made generally available [ *12 ] as Licensee is then receiving from SAP; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

Software. Means the computer programs provided by D3 in connection with the Service, including all third party computer programs.

Software. Means the software product(s), together with the Documentation and components (including new releases, enhancements, and modifications provided under warranty or maintenance, if applicable) listed on attached Exhibit B.
