Software

Software. Means the Hyperion software products and related Documentation as more fully described in Exhibit A, and any Updates and modifications to such products that may be provided by Hyperion from time to time.

Software. Means all computer software programs that are necessary to operate or that are incorporated into the Client Website, including all source code, object code, compilers, libraries, tools and user interfaces;

Software. Means the software product(s) listed on Exhibit A and any -------- updated, improved, or otherwise modified versions, releases or upgrades of such a program and any related materials, in machine readable and/or printed form, licensed to LICENSEE by CISCO under this Agreement.

Is the machine readable (object code) version of the computer program for inbound email response (currently known as Kana Response) made generally commercially available by Kana, and any copies, updates to, or upgrades thereof. Kana reserves the right to make deletions, additions, substitutions and modifications to the Software in its sole discretion, subject to Section 19.

Software. The computer software or firmware that is incorporated into or otherwise generally accompanies a Product, or that IWAV makes available to UTStarcom and its customers generally, without additional charge, for use with the Products. Software is provided in object code form only.
