Software

Software. Means the computer software, in object code form, included in the iPoint(TM) Technology and all General Improvements made subsequent to the date of this Agreement, if any.

Software. Shall mean the Wind River software product specified in Exhibit A hereto, whether in Source Code or Object Code form, including any related documentation and updates, if any, provided by Wind River under this Agreement.

Software. Means the computer software, in object code form only, which Verity owns or has the right to license to Licensee under this Agreement, including the Development Software and the Run-Time Software, for use in connection with the Application. The specific Verity products incorporating the Software to be licensed to Licensee are listed in Exhibit A. Software. The software modules listed in Exhibit A and any Major Releases, Modifications, interim releases, bug fixes and patches applicable to such software modules.

Software. Means the software as described in Appendix "B" and includes any one or more logical modules thereof, all improvements thereto and any documentation supplied therewith.
