Stock Option

Stock Option. The right to purchase shares of Common Stock upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 6

Stock Option. A right to purchase a Share granted to a Participant under the Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6. Stock Options may be either Incentive Stock Options or Nonqualified Stock Options

Stock Option. A contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement

Stock Option. Stock Option means the right to purchase, upon exercise of a stock option granted under the Plan, shares of Common Stock. The right and option to purchase shares of Common Stock pursuant to this Award Agreement shall not constitute and shall not be treated for any purpose as an "incentive stock option," as such term is defined in Code Section 422(b).

Stock Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to Section 6 of this Program, which shall not be treated as an incentive stock option under section 422 of the Code

Stock Option. An Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option granted under Section 6 of the Plan

Stock Option. The right of a Participant to purchase Stock pursuant to an Incentive Stock Option or Non-Qualified Option awarded pursuant to the provisions of the Plan.

Stock Option. An Award to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Employee pursuant to Section 8 hereof

Stock Option. The right to purchase one or more shares of Common Stock upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Paragraph 4.

Stock Option. The right to purchase shares of Common Stock upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section ‎6 or Section ‎12
