Example Definitions of "Stock Option"
Stock Option. Any stock option granted under this Plan
Stock Option. The right of the Grantee thereof to acquire a number of Shares upon payment to the Corporation of the exercise price specified in the Award
Stock Option. Any Incentive Stock Option or Non-Qualified Stock Option to purchase shares of Common Stock which is awarded pursuant to this Plan
Stock Option. The right to purchase, upon exercise of a Stock Option granted under this Plan, shares of the Common Stock. Such Stock Options are non-statutory stock options and are not intended to be incentive stock options as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended
Stock Option. Means the right to purchase, upon exercise of a stock option granted under this Plan, shares of the Company's Common Stock.
Stock Option. The right to purchase Common Stock at a stated price for a specified period of time, including an Incentive Option and Nonqualified Option
Stock Option. An option to purchase Common Stock of the Corporation granted to a Participant under this Plan and which is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code
Stock Option. A right to purchase Company Stock granted under the Plan, at a price determined in accordance with Section 12
Stock Option. Shall mean a stock option giving a Holder the right to purchase Shares. A Stock Option may be an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonqualified Stock Option.
Stock Option. A nonstatutory stock option granted pursuant to Section 6 of the Plan. Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Corporation and the Optionee that contains the terms and conditions pertaining to a Stock Option
