Example Definitions of "Stock Option"
Stock Option. Shall mean any compensatory option or warrant to acquire securities of the Company or any of its affiliates; any compensatory stock appreciation right, phantom stock option or analogous right granted by or on behalf of the Company or any of its affiliates; and any securities or rights received in respect of any of the foregoing securities or rights.
Stock Option. The right to purchase a share of Common Stock upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Paragraph 5
Stock Option. An Award to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Individual pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
Stock Option. An option to purchase the Company's Common Stock pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Stock Option Plan, which are subject to restrictions on transfer and potential forfeiture during the applicable restricted period
Stock Option. Any option to purchase Shares which may be granted to the Executive under any Stock Incentive Plan of the Company, as adjusted pursuant to the terms of the agreement between the Company and the Executive evidencing such option, which option is not fully exercisable as of the applicable date or event referred to herein, upon becoming Vested, such option (or the portion of the option which has become Vested) shall no longer be a Stock Option for purposes of this Agreement.
Stock Option. The right to purchase a number of shares of Common Stock determined by the Committee at a price and for the term fixed by the Committee in accordance with the Plan, subject to those limitations and restrictions set forth in the Plan and/or the applicable Award agreement.
Stock Option. Or 'Option' means an Award that entitles a Participant to purchase one share of Stock for each Option granted

An ISO, in addition to being subject to applicable terms, conditions and limitations established by the Committee,... complies with Section 422 of the Code which, among other limitations, provides that the aggregate Fair Market Value (determined at the time the option is granted) of Common Stock for which ISOs are exercisable for the first time by a Participant during any calendar year shall not exceed $100,000; that ISOs shall be priced at not less than 100% of the Fair Market Value on the date of the grant (110% in the case of a Participant who is a 10% shareholder of the Company within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code); and that ISOs shall be exercisable for a period of not more than ten years (five years in the case of a Participant who is a 10% shareholder of the Company).
