Stock Option

Stock Option. Means an option to purchase Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

Stock Option. An Award to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Employee pursuant to Section 8 hereof

Stock Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock from the Company

Stock Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to Section 6 of this Program, which shall not be treated as an incentive stock option under section 422 of the Code

Stock Option. The right to purchase, upon exercise of a Stock Option granted under this Plan, shares of the Common Stock. Such Stock Options are non-statutory stock options and are not intended to be incentive stock options as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended

Stock Option. The right of a Participant to purchase Stock pursuant to an Incentive Stock Option or Non-Qualified Option awarded pursuant to the provisions of the Plan.

Stock Option. This term shall mean the right to purchase from the Corporation a specified number of shares of Common Stock under the Plan at a price and upon terms and conditions determined by the Stock Option Committee, and shall include options granted under Section 7 hereof in exchange for options previously granted under either of the Subsidiary Plans, as modified by the Merger Agreement.

Stock Option. The term "Stock Option" means any Incentive Stock Option or Non-Qualified Stock Option granted under the Plan.

Stock Option. Shall mean a stock option pursuant to which a Participant is eligible to acquire Common Stock pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Stock Option Agreement.

Stock Option. Means a right to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock at a specified price that is not less than the greater of (i) the Fair Market Value of -2- the Common Stock on the date of grant and (ii) the par value of the Common Stock on the date of grant.
