Example Definitions of "Stock Option"
Stock Option. This term shall mean the right to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock under this Plan, at a price and upon the terms and conditions determined by the Stock Option Committee.
Stock Option. A "Stock Option" is a right to purchase shares of Common Stock from the Company.
Stock Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock from the Company
Stock Option. Shall mean a stock option giving an Optionee the right to purchase shares of the Corporation's Common Stock. Stock Options granted under the Plan shall be Nonqualified Stock Options.
