Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. The Common Stock of the Company and each other class of capital stock of the Company that does not have a preference over any other class of capital stock of the Company as to dividends or upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company and, in each case, shall include any other class of capital stock of the Company into which such stock is reclassified or reconstituted or any class of stock or equity interest of any entity into which the Company may be merged or consolidated
Stock. All of the common stock of Celsius Products
Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock of the Corporation, bearing a nominal value of US$ 0.001
