Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Shall mean shares of the Company's Common Stock and/or Preferred Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by a Stockholder.
Stock. The Series E Preferred Stock, together with any other equity securities (including the Common Stock into which the Series E Preferred Stock is convertible) which may be issued by the Company with respect thereto or in substitution therefor.
Stock. Class A Common Stock of the Company, .0001 par value, or Class B Common Stock of the Company, .0001 par value (as determined by the Committee) and any stock into which such stock may be converted by virtue of merger, reorganization, recapitalization or otherwise.
Stock. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Stock" shall ----- mean the Preferred Shares and the Common Shares.
Stock. Means the shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.001 par value.
Stock. Shall mean Hemisphere's common stock, par value $.001 per share.
