Example Definitions of "Successor Entity"
Successor Entity. The Company shall cause any successor entity in a Fundamental Transaction in which the Company is not the survivor (the "Successor Entity") to assume in writing all of the obligations of the Company under this Warrant in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3.e.
Successor Entity. Means the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any merger, reorganization or similar transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity) with which such transaction shall have been entered into.
Successor Entity. The Person (or, if determined in good faith by the Company's Board of Directors to be appropriate, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if determined in good faith by the Company's Board of Directors to be appropriate, the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.
Successor Entity. One or more Person or Persons formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or one or more Person or Persons with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into, or in each, case the resulting Parent Entity.
Successor Entity. Successor Entity. The surviving or resulting entity or a parent thereof of a Business Combination
Successor Entity. Means the Person formed by, resulting from or surviving any merger or consolidation or the Person with which such merger or consolidation shall have been entered into.
