Technology. Means and includes all.

Technology. All technology, including all inventions, know-how, techniques, design rules, algorithms, routines, software, files, databases, works of authorship, processes, devices, prototypes, schematics, test methodologies, any media on which any of the foregoing is recorded, and any other tangible embodiments of any of the foregoing

"LTS Technology" shall mean all discoveries, Manufacturing Improvements, inventions, know-how, trade secrets, techniques, methodologies, modifications, works of authorship, designs and data (whether or not protectable under patent, copyright, trade secrecy or other similar laws), that is conceived, discovered, developed, generated, created, made or reduced to practice or tangible medium of expression solely by employees or consultants of LTS, or otherwise Controlled by LTS and any Patents... Technology. All techniques, inventions, practices, procedures, knowledge, improvements, designs, processes, protocols, compositions, products, methods, works of authorship, know-how, data, clinical data, preclinical data, research and creations (whether or not subject to protection by any Intellectual Property Rights).

Technology. Any proprietary development, information, know-how, idea, design, concept, technique, process, invention, compound, discovery, improvement whether or not patentable or copyrightable.
