Technology. Means all invention disclosure forms and supporting documentation (including information, manufacturing techniques, data, designs or concepts) incorporated into MICHIGAN's Technology Management Office File No. 1855 [***].

Technology. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Amended and Restated Technology Transfer Agreement.

Technology.
