Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Collectively, the Initial Term and the Renewal Term, unless indicated otherwise.
Term. The Original Term and any Renewal Term as to which Tenant exercises an option. When used herein, the singular shall apply to the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall apply to all genders.
Term. Means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term (each as defined in Paragraph 2 hereof); provided, however, that, in the event Employee's employment shall terminate by reason of the applicability of Paragraph 8 hereof then, in such event, the "Term" shall end upon the termination of Employee's employment.
