Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. All terms used in this Fourth Amendment but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Agreement.
Term. Terms used in this First Amendment which are defined in the Credit Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement
Term. Unless otherwise defined in this Fifth Amendment, terms used in this Fifth Amendment that are defined in the Credit Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.
Term. Unless the context clearly implies or indicates the contrary, a word, term or phrase used or defined in the Employment Agreement, or the Plan, as applicable, is similarly used or defined for purposes of this Agreement.
