Term

Term. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 11.1.

Term. Collectively the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) (as those terms are defined in Section 3)

Term. Shall mean the term of this Agreement as provided in Article VI.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall include the Initial Term and any extension and/or renewals thereof. For purposes hereof, the Initial Term shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing through December 31, 2011. Renewal Term shall mean any extension to this Agreement mutually agreed to by the parties hereto, or pursuant to Section 4.1(d). The first Renewal Term, if any, shall commence on January 01, 2012

Term. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term, in each case subject to any early termination of this Agreement as permitted herein

Term. In relation to a Service, the term set out in the relevant Schedule

Term. All the terms used herein which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Loan Agreement.

Term. The two (2) year period commencing on the date of this Agreement and terminating on the day immediately preceding the second (2nd) anniversary of the date of this Agreement.

Term. Terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
