Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Means the effective period of this Agreement commencing with the Effective Date and ending on the End of Phase 2 unless earlier cancelled or terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will be of no force and effect in the event the Closing of the transactions contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement does not occur.
Term. Means the period during which an Option may be exercised. Except when otherwise indicated by the context, reference to the masculine gender shall include, when used, the feminine gender and any term used in the singular shall also include the plural.
Term. Means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending four (4) years after the expiration of the term (or earlier termination) of the Employment Agreement.
Term. The initial Term (as defined in Section 12) and any Extension or Extensions (as defined in Section 12) to the initial term.
