Termination Date

Termination Date. Means the date as of which a Termination occurs with respect to Executive.

Termination Date. Shall mean the earliest to occur of (i) the Maturity Date or (ii) the date of the occurrence of any Event of Default pursuant to Section 7.01(g), 7.01(h) or 7.01(i) hereof, or (iii) the date on which the Commitment of the Issuing Bank is terminated pursuant to clause (i) of the final paragraph of Section 7.01 or Section 2.10 hereof.

Means (a) in the case of a termination by the Executive for Good Reason, the last day of the Executive's employment, which shall be no sooner than thirty (30) days after the Executive submits the Notice of Termination, and (b) in the case of a termination without Cause, the date specified in the Notice of Termination.
