Termination Date

Termination Date. Replacing the date "December 31, 2003" set forth therein with the date "December 31, 2006"

Termination Date. The date of termination of Employee's employment, which in the case of termination for Disability shall be the 30th day after notice is given as required in Section 12(b).

Termination Date. Shall mean the date Executive's termination is effective, as described in the respective subparts of Section 6.

Termination Date. The effective date of the Employee's Separation from Service, as specified in the Notice of Termination

Termination Date. The date on which the Employee's employment with CPSI terminates for any reason. Subject to the foregoing, the determination as to whether the Employee has had a termination of employment (or separation from service) shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 409A of the Code and the guidance issued thereunder without application of any alternative levels of reductions of bona fide services permitted thereunder.

Termination Date. With respect to a Participant means the date on which the Participant separates from service, within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

Termination Date. The date on which the Executive experiences a Separation from Service.
