Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall mean the date your employment ends.

Termination Date. The earliest of (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the date the Borrower terminates the Credit Facility, or (iii) the date the Bank demands payment of the Obligations following an Event of Default.

Termination Date. 10:00 A.M. Dallas, Texas time on October 1, ----------------- 2005, or such earlier date and time on which the Revolving Credit Commitment terminates as provided in this Agreement; provided, however, if such date is not a Business Day, the "Termination Date" shall be the first Business Day following such date.

Termination Date. Shall mean the effective date as provided hereunder of the termination of Employee's employment, by any reason including by death or disability.
