Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which the Employee's employment with the Company is terminated by the Employee for Good Reason or by the Company for reasons other than Cause, Disability, or death.

Termination Date. Means the last day of the Availability Period 1.2 Terms Defined in Borrower Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Borrower Agreement.
