Termination Date

Termination Date. Executive's last day of employment, regardless of whether termination is on account of death, Disability, with or without Cause, or a resignation with or without Good Reason

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which the Minimum Amount of Common Units have been sold or March __, 2019, whichever event occurs first.

Termination Date. Means the last day that Executive is employed by the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, the Termination Date shall mean the last date of employment, whether such day is selected by mutual agreement with Executive or unilaterally by the Company or by Executive and whether with or without advance notice.

Termination Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the date on which the Company has sold in the aggregate, after giving effect to prior Convertible Notes, if any, during the Offering Period, the Maximum Sales Amount; and (ii) December 31st, 2020.
