Termination Date

Termination Date. Means the first date on which all of the Obligations have been finally paid in cash; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Termination Date shall be deemed extended if the Company enters into any bankruptcy or similar proceeding at a time when any amount paid to the Holder could be ordered to be repaid as a preference or pursuant to a similar theory, and shall not be deemed to occur until the date on which it is finally determined that no such repayment can be ordered.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which the Employee Separates from Service with the Company for Good Reason or the date on which the Employee is involuntarily Separated from Service by the Company for reasons other than Cause, Disability, or death.

Termination Date. Means the effective date of the Termination of an Optionee, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion.
