Termination Date

Termination Date. The Termination Date shall mean the date as of which the Executive's employment with the Company shall cease or be deemed to have ceased in the manner specified in Section 7 or Section 8.

Termination Date. The final maturity date of this Note on which all outstanding principal and accrued interest hereunder is due and payable (as such maturity date may be accelerated under the terms of this Note or otherwise).

Termination Date. Shall mean the effective date as provided hereunder of the termination of Employee's employment, for any reason, including by death or disability, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.f below.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of the Merger Agreement and (ii) the Effective Time.

Termination Date. With respect to a Participant means the date on which the Participant's employment is terminated.

Termination Date. Means the earlier of (a) June 30, 2003, (b) the date upon which the entire principal of the Notes shall become due pursuant to the provisions hereof (whether as a result of acceleration by Agent or the Requisite Lenders or otherwise); 1 (c) the date upon which the Credit Commitments terminate pursuant to Section 9.2 hereof; or (d) the date on which the Loans shall be paid in full.

Termination Date. Means the date which corresponds to the first to occur of: i) the death, Disability, or Retirement of the Employee; ii) the Expiration Date; or iii) the date on which the Employee or the Employer terminates this Agreement for any reason pursuant to Section 8 below. 4

Termination Date. Means the earliest to occur of (a) March 31, 2005, (b) the acceleration of the Obligations pursuant to the terms of Article VIII and (c) the payment in full of all of the Obligations.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date of termination of Executive's employment with the Company.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2002, or such later date to which the Termination Date may be extended at the request of the Borrowers and with the consent of each Bank, or (b) such other date on which the Commitment shall terminate pursuant to Sections 6 or 12.
