Termination Date

Termination Date. The "Termination Date" shall mean the date of the termination of Officer's employment in connection with a Termination Event.

Termination Date. Means the earliest to occur of (i) the final maturity date specified in Section 3(a), and (ii) any date on which the Aggregate Commitment has been reduced to zero pursuant to Section 3(g).

Termination Date. Termination Date means March 4, 2002, or such earlier date on which the Commitment is terminated in whole pursuant to Section 3.3, 8.2 or 8.3.

Termination Date. The term "Termination Date" means the date on which Executive's employment with SITE Centers and its Subsidiaries terminates.
