Example Definitions of "Trading Day"
Trading Day. Means any day on which securities are traded on Nasdaq or any other securities market on which the Common Stock is then traded.
Trading Day. Means a day during which trading in the Common Stock generally occurs
Trading Day. Any day on which the principal national securities exchange or quotation system on which the Class A Common Shares or Class B Common Shares are listed or admitted to trading is open for the transaction of business or, if the Class A Common Shares or Class B Common Shares are not listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange or quotation system, a Business Day.
Trading Day. Means (i) if the applicable security is listed or admitted for trading on a national security exchange, a day on which such exchange is open for business, (ii) if the applicable security is quoted on the Nasdaq Stock Market, a day on which trades may be made thereon or (iii) if the applicable security is not so listed, admitted for trading or quoted, any Business Day.
Trading Day. At any time a day on which the securities exchange or market that at such time constitutes the Principal Market is open for general trading of securities.
