Example Definitions of "Trading Day"
Trading Day. A day during which trading in securities occurs on NASDAQ or, if Common Stock is not listed on NASDAQ, on the principal other national securities exchange on which Common Stock is then listed or, if Common Stock is not listed on a national securities exchange, on the principal trading market on which Common Stock is then traded.
Trading Day. A day on which the principal securities exchange on which the Stock is listed is open for trading or, if the Stock is not listed on a securities exchange, shall mean a business day, as determined by the Committee in good faith
Trading Day. Means a day on which the national securities exchange on which the Common Units are then listed for trading or quotation is open for trading

Trading Day. Each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the Restricted Period other than a day on which securities are not traded on the Principal Market
