Example Definitions of "Trading Market"
Trading Market. The principal securities exchange or trading market where the Common Stock is listed or traded, including but not limited to any tier of the OTC Markets, any tier of the NASDAQ Stock Market (including NASDAQ Capital Market), the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE American, or any successor to such markets.
Trading Market. Means the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC
Trading Market. Whichever of the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, or the Nasdaq Stock Market (including the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market), the OTC Bulletin Board, the OTC QB Marketplace or the OTC QX Marketplace (or any successors to any of the foregoing), on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question
