Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means (a) this Agreement, (b) the IDTI Agreement and (c) any Indemnity Documents (as defined in the IDTI Agreement).

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Merger Certificates and the Employment Agreements.

Transaction Documents. We will provide to you the appropriate "transaction documents." The following are examples of transaction documents, with examples of the information and responsibilities they may contain: 1. invoices (item, quantity, payment terms and amount due); and 2. order acknowledgements (confirmation of Products and quantities ordered).

Transaction Documents. Collectively, this Agreement, the Cross Escrow Account Security Agreement, the Subordination Agreement and all other documents executed in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means (i) the Stock Purchase Agreement, (ii) Transition Services Agreement of even date herewith, by and among the Buyer, the Trust, RNK, Inc. and the Shareholders, (iii) the Notes, (iv) the Security Agreement, and (v) the Pledge Agreement.

Transaction Documents. The term "Transaction Documents" means, collectively, (i) the LLC Agreement, (ii) the Securityholders Agreement, (iii) the 2003 Michael Foods Deferred Compensation Plan, (iv) each Unit Subscription Agreement by and among Investors and each Management Investor, and (v) each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed in connection with the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby.

Transaction Documents. Means the SPA, the Payoff Agreement, the SPA Amendment and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder and thereunder.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Buyer Note, the Negative Pledge Agreement, the License Agreement, and all other documents and agreements referenced therein, together with all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of them.

Transaction Documents. Means this Note, the Registration Rights --------------------- Agreement and the Purchase Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement and any Callable Warrants for shares of Common Stock issued by the Company to the Investors as of the date hereof.
