Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the schedules and exhibits attached hereto, the Corporate Governance Agreements and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder

Transaction Documents. The Purchase Agreement, the Casablanca Option Agreement (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) and the Note (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement), as such documents has been amended through the date hereof and may be further amended from time to time after the date hereof.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Note, the Purchase Agreement, the Security Agreement, and the schedules and exhibits hereto and thereto.
